Poem of the Day

This poem was written when I was in a state of pure anger and resentment:

You want me to smile and say everything is fine.

You want me to ask but not mean it.

You want it to be so easy for us.

Well its NOT!

Life is not easy and neither is any relationship.

I am supposed to look up to you but I don't.

I am supposed to respect you but I don't.

You're supposed to care but you don't.

You are supposed to be here but you're not.
